Playback operator / Keyboard tech

Vincent Barker is a keyboard tech and playback operator/programmer for live concerts and events.

He is available to work with Keyboard players and Musical Directors and is able to take full responsibility for the design, programming and operation of playback rigs for live concerts.

Vincent has been working in the live concert world for 40 plus years. He regularly works for Simple Minds and Simply Red.

He has worked with a variety of music genres as a keyboard tech, playback programmer and sound engineer for artists as varied as The Spice Girls, Paul McCartney, Guns and Roses, Sarah Brightman, The Beastie Boys and Lenny Kravitz.

Vincent also contributes to the social media pages of bands he works for as a photographer.

He has experience in Logic Pro, Abelton Live, and various other DAWs. He has been plugging midi cables in since 1984 and has been a Mac user since 1986.

Photoshop and Lightroom are also used on a regular basis.

Vincent lives in Berlin and his company "miXed ViBes Ltd" is based in London, UK.
