Holonic Systems
Become Sound™
At Holonic Systems, we develop adaptive music applications for both B2C and B2B customers and research musical interactions with a particular interest in biological and physical interfaces.
We turn real world data into sound for immersive, physical experiences. By connecting human bodies directly to the production, performance and enjoyment of electronic music, we achieve a biocultural evolutionary step that defines tomorrow's human electronic musicianship and audience experiences alike.
Holonic Systems products are about reconnecting the physical aspects of music making and enjoyment, thus enabling users to again participate in the process - by becoming a part of it, quite literally. Let's get physical...computing!
Perceptually, biologically and structurally coupled music has the power to replace formulaic popular music. Our products make a new kind of two-way interaction possible, resulting in connected biomusic that goes beyond cultural tropes and barriers, reclaiming the original social functions of music through technology.
Our expertise in interactive music is based on more than 8 years of R&D and consulting leading brands. The work has revealed latent consumer needs that we can address. With a multidisciplinary team, our approach is based on evolutionary musicology, as well as cognitive and social sciences. We have a systemic, pragmatic understanding of what music production and consumption can be and how music again can become a situated, inclusive and personally relevant experience.
